The English roll-arm is a generous sofa in every direction: 220 centimetres long, 95 deep, with an arm that curls outward and downward in a full roll rather than a tight scroll. In a big drawing room it looks correct in a way that a slim contemporary sofa never quite does.
The arm is the work. It is built over laminated formers and padded in layers, then the seam is rolled by hand so the curve is continuous. A sloppy roll-arm shows immediately as a flat spot on the outside of the curve, and that is the first thing to check on any sofa of this style, ours or anyone else's.
It suits older Nepali houses with high ceilings and wide rooms, and it takes a jacquard beautifully. In a small flat it will simply be too much sofa, and we would rather say that now than after delivery.

Ask us for an offcut of the actual foam going into your sofa and we will hand it to you. Come to the workshop and push the bare frame with your own hands before it is covered — most people who do that stop worrying.
Delivery and warranty, in plain language
Free delivery inside Ring Road, quoted honestly at cost anywhere else in Nepal. Fifty per cent advance when you sign the written specification, balance on delivery — and the specification lists the model, exact size, fabric name and batch, foam densities, leg finish and date, so there is nothing left to remember or argue about.
Five years on the frame and joinery. Five years on foam collapse. One year on stitching, zips and mechanisms. If something goes wrong, send a photograph and your ledger serial number to 9849239091 on WhatsApp — that is the whole claim process. Your fabric is reserved from the same roll for six months, so a matching extra piece actually matches.

For anyone under about 5'4" the seat will feel deep without a back cushion. We include one; if you want a shallower build we can do 88 cm.
