For business
Hotels and restaurants, landlords, interior designers and dealers buy differently from families — different specification, different paperwork, different definition of “on time”. Pick the one that describes you.
You are fitting out a hotel lobby, a restaurant, a resort terrace or a café, and the seating has to arrive on a date you can plan an opening around.
What we do differently for contract work. We reserve the full fabric quantity from one dye lot before production begins, cut from a master template, lock the foam specification in writing, and record the whole batch against a number on the Karigar Ledger — so if you need six more chairs in eighteen months, we know exactly what went into the first twenty-four.
Fire-retardant treated fabric is available across the contract range. We will tell you honestly which cloths take the treatment well. For public areas that need the look of velvet, specify treated polyester velvet, never silk-look velvet.
Models most often specified: RP Atithi (lobby and lounge, from NPR 58,000), RP Chautari (fixed booth seating, priced per running foot), RP Heritage Tuft in polyester velvet (café and bar), RP Basanta 1-seater in a firm commercial build (guest rooms).
How we work: site measurement, drawings, written itemised quotation, PAN/VAT invoice, phased delivery against your fit-out programme, installation by our own team, and one named person on the phone from first call to final snag.
Regions served: Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, Chitwan, Lumbini, Nagarkot, Dharan and Biratnagar as standard; anywhere in Nepal by arrangement.
Send your BOQ or floor plan on WhatsApp and we will come back with a written figure and a realistic date.
You are furnishing one flat or fifteen, tenants change every two years, and the sofa has to look acceptable to the next viewer without being repaired between every tenancy.
What we recommend, honestly. RP Basanta Long, the five-seater on a single frame, from NPR 55,000 — high seat count, one wall, easier up a staircase than a corner unit, and no chaise to sag. RP Nidra Draw, the pull-out sofa-cum-bed with storage, from NPR 52,000, for flats let as furnished with a guest space. RP Basanta Compact, 3+1+1, from NPR 55,000, where separate chairs survive tenant rearrangement better than a two-seater.
Specify wipeable. Heavy polyester or PU leather, every time. Cotton-linen looks better in a photograph and will not survive four tenancies. This is the single most common mistake landlords make, and it costs more than the fabric upgrade would have.
Bulk terms. Three units or more: one written price including delivery, one delivery day, one fabric roll so all your flats match. Reordering the same specification later is one WhatsApp message with your ledger batch number.
Repair rather than replace. We re-foam and re-cover our own sofas at workshop cost between tenancies. A recovered five-seater typically costs a third of a new one and comes back looking new in the listing photographs.
Send the number of flats and the city, and we will send one figure the same day.
You have six live projects, a client meeting in ninety minutes, and you need to show real options on a laptop without waiting for a supplier to answer an email.
Everything you need is on this website, permanently. Every one of the twenty-eight models has dimensions, foam densities, frame timber, joinery type, fabric swatch names, leg finishes, lead times and a starting price in NPR on its own page. Nothing is hidden behind a login or a price-on-request.
Custom sizing is normal, not an exception. We build to your drawing. Lengths, depths, seat heights, arm profiles, leg finishes and cushion firmness are all adjustable, and most dimensional changes do not move the price band at all.
Designer terms. A standing trade discount on specification volume, sample swatches couriered to your studio, priority production slots for projects with fixed handover dates, and CAD-friendly dimension sheets on request.
We stay behind you, not in front of you. We do not contact your client directly, we do not put our label on the show face of a piece unless you ask, and the Karigar Ledger record can be issued in your studio's name for the client handover pack.
Speed. Send a drawing or a mood board on WhatsApp before noon and you will have an indicative figure the same working day.
You run a furniture shop in Butwal, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Dharan, Nepalgunj or Pokhara, you have been let down before, and you need to know that the factory behind you will not undercut you in your own town.
Territory protection, in writing. One appointed dealer per defined territory, written into the dealership agreement with a review date. We do not sell direct into a protected territory, and if a customer from your town contacts us, the enquiry goes to you.
Transparent margin. A published dealer price list with a fixed margin structure and volume slabs. You will know your landed cost per model before you commit to a single unit, and the price list is revised on a schedule, not on a whim.
Display support. Discounted display pieces, printed fabric swatch books, and the RP catalogue with your shop's name and number on it. Every sofa you sell carries a Karigar Ledger label — which is a trust argument you can make on your own shop floor.
Realistic logistics. Consolidated dispatch on a fixed cycle so freight per unit stays low, and a written replenishment lead time you can quote to your own customers.
What we ask. A minimum opening order, a display commitment, honest reporting on what actually sells in your town, and that you do not describe our foam or frame as anything other than what it is.
Call or WhatsApp 9849239091 and ask for the dealership pack.
Send us the requirement
Quantities, fabric grade, delivery window, and whether you need a VAT invoice. We reply with a written quotation, not a verbal number.
