Privacy Policy

The short version

This website has no back end. There is no database, no login and no server that receives what you type. When you fill in the enquiry form, your browser composes a WhatsApp message or an email and shows it to you before you send it. Nothing is stored on this website at any point.

What we hold, and why

• What you send us. If you message or call us, we keep your name, phone number, city and what you asked about, so we can quote and follow up.
• Order records. If you buy from us, we keep the model, size, fabric batch, foam batch, karigar, delivery date and address. This is the Karigar Ledger and it exists so we can honour your warranty and match a future order.
• Nothing else. We do not buy lists, we do not sell yours, and we do not pass your number to anyone outside the workshop and our own delivery team.

Cookies and analytics

As delivered, this site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts. If analytics is added later, this page will be updated to say which tool, what it records and how to opt out — before it goes live, not after.

The Karigar Ledger and your privacy

A ledger record shows the sofa, the maker and the batch codes. It deliberately does not show your name, your full address or your phone number, so that a serial number found on a sofa cannot be used to identify its owner. Ask us and we will remove your record entirely; you keep your warranty either way, we simply verify it from our own copy.

Call or WhatsApp 9849239091, or email hello@rpfurniture.com.np. Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There is no form and no ticket number; you will get an answer from a person.
