Prices on this website

Every price shown is a starting-from figure in Nepali rupees for a standard size in a standard fabric, and it is honest — it is what somebody actually pays. Your final figure depends on size, fabric grade, leg finish and any customisation, and it is confirmed in a written specification before you pay anything. Prices on the site may change; the price on your signed specification does not.

Placing an order

An order exists when you have signed a written specification listing model, exact dimensions, fabric name and batch, foam densities, leg finish, price and delivery date, and paid the 50% advance. A WhatsApp conversation is how we talk; the specification is what binds both of us.

Lead times

Lead times quoted here are honest estimates: 18–25 days for standard fabrics, 25–32 days for custom cloth, four to six weeks for hand-tufted and carved work. Strikes, festival closures, fabric shortages and monsoon transport can move a date. If we are going to be late you will hear it from us before the date, not on it.

Cancellations and changes

Before we cut fabric, you may cancel and we refund the advance in full. After cutting, the fabric cost is not recoverable, so a cancellation costs the fabric. Changes to size or specification before cutting are free; after cutting they are quoted honestly.

Photographs and drawings

The illustrations on this site are hand-drawn placeholders where real photography does not yet exist, and they are marked as such. Real photographs show real pieces; wood grain, weave and dye lot vary naturally, and a small variation between a photograph and your sofa is normal and not a defect. A variation you can see across the room is not normal — tell us.

The words, drawings, model names and the Karigar Ledger system on this site belong to RP Furniture. Quote us, link to us, screenshot us — all welcome. Copying the catalogue wholesale onto another furniture website is not.
