Will the 3+2+1 fit a normal Kathmandu 2BHK living room?

In most 2BHK flats the answer is yes, but the honest way to know is to measure the wall you plan to put the three-seater against. If that wall is under 200 cm, tell us and we will build the three-seater at 180 cm at no extra charge. We would rather shorten a sofa than deliver one that blocks a door.

Can I buy the set in parts, over two or three months?

Yes, and quite a few customers do. We build the three-seater first, then the two-seater, then the single. We keep your fabric reserved from the same roll for six months so the pieces still match when you come back.

What exactly does the price range mean?

NPR 68,000 is a full set in a standard cotton-linen with a sal frame. NPR 1,15,000 is the same set in a premium velvet or leather with custom sizing. There is nothing hidden between those two numbers — we will write down the exact figure for your fabric before you pay anything.

How long will the foam last before it sinks?

With 32-density seat foam over 40-density support, expect the seat to soften slightly in the first three months and then stay stable. If a seat cushion collapses within five years of normal home use, we replace the foam free.

Do you deliver outside the Kathmandu Valley?

Yes. Delivery inside Ring Road is free. Outside the valley we quote the transport honestly at cost — Pokhara, Butwal, Biratnagar and Birgunj are all routine for us.

Can you match a sofa I saw on Instagram?

Send the photo on WhatsApp. Our production manager will tell you within a day whether we can build it, what it will cost, and — if we cannot build it well — he will say that too.

If you ask us which sofa leaves this workshop most often, this is it. Three seats, two seats, one seat — the arrangement that fits the way a Nepali family actually sits when relatives arrive without warning. We build the Suite as one job, not three separate ones, so the fabric comes off the same roll and the legs come off the same batch. That sounds like a small thing until you see a set where the two-seater is half a shade lighter than the three-seater.

The frame is seasoned sal, joined with mortise-and-tenon at the corners, screwed and glued, then load-tested before it is upholstered. The seat is 32-density foam over a 40-density support layer, which is the honest combination for a sofa that gets sat on every evening for ten years — soft enough on day one, still holding its shape in year six.

You can change any part of it. Longer three-seater for a wide room, shorter for a flat in Imadol, leather on the centre piece and fabric on the sides, or a different fabric entirely on the single-seater. It costs us nothing extra to ask you first.

Ask us for an offcut of the actual foam going into your sofa and we will hand it to you. Come to the workshop and push the bare frame with your own hands before it is covered — most people who do that stop worrying.

Delivery and warranty, in plain language

Free delivery inside Ring Road, quoted honestly at cost anywhere else in Nepal. Fifty per cent advance when you sign the written specification, balance on delivery — and the specification lists the model, exact size, fabric name and batch, foam densities, leg finish and date, so there is nothing left to remember or argue about.

Five years on the frame and joinery. Five years on foam collapse. One year on stitching, zips and mechanisms. If something goes wrong, send a photograph and your ledger serial number to 9849239091 on WhatsApp — that is the whole claim process. Your fabric is reserved from the same roll for six months, so a matching extra piece actually matches.
